Terms of service

These Terms apply to all users of tiptilldone.com, including subdomains, the PWA and all connected services. By creating an account you accept these Terms and the Privacy policy.

tiptilldone is a free, sponsor-funded prize game ("Preisausschreiben" under Austrian and German consumer law). You predict football match results and earn points by transparent scoring rules. Participation is free and non-binding; paid offerings (Fan Pass, Founder Lifetime) are optional and unlock convenience, not winning chances.

Physical prizes are provided by sponsors. Ties are broken by random draw. No legal recourse exists for prize claims. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and not transferable. Prize eligibility is limited to adults resident in the campaign territory (typically Austria, Germany, or Slovenia — the exact scope per campaign is set in the relevant campaign terms).

No money flows between players on the platform. We accept no stakes, run no betting markets, pay out no winnings. tiptilldone therefore does not operate as a gambling provider under the Austrian GSpG or the German GlüStV and does not require a gambling license.

Use requires an account (minimum age 16). Sign-in is passwordless via magic link to your email. You agree to keep your email account secure. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

Multi-accounting to manipulate leaderboards or Founder slots is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

Fan Pass (€19 per tournament): one-time purchase, valid for exactly one tournament (e.g. WC26). Unlocks AI Picks, market consensus overlay, and rounds up to 50 players. Future tournaments require a new purchase.

Founder Lifetime (€99, limited to 100 seats): one-time purchase, includes the Fan Pass for every future tournament we run, Founder Badge, and all future premium features, for as long as tiptilldone.com operates (see §9).

All prices include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Polar Software Inc. acting as Merchant of Record: Polar Software Inc. is the contracting party for the purchase; their terms apply in addition. Polar handles EU VAT collection and remittance.

No subscription, no auto-renewal.

As a consumer, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.

For Founder Lifetime purchases we voluntarily grant an extended 30-day refund window on top of the statutory 14 days — no reason required.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). A simple message to office@weirdo.rocks is sufficient. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Expiry of the withdrawal right for digital content: The withdrawal right expires for contracts on the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium if performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins. We collect this consent explicitly at checkout.

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction.

You keep all rights to your content (tips, comments, tag choices, profile fields). You grant tiptilldone a simple, non-exclusive right to display your content within the game.

Prohibited: spam, harassment, discrimination, advertising of sports betting and gambling products (except for affiliate content placed by us and clearly labelled as advertisement on permitted surfaces), publishing third-party personal data, automated content without explicit disclosure. Violations lead to content removal and may lead to account suspension.

Pledges are user-stated, off-platform consequences. tiptilldone does not collect, hold, verify or enforce them. Pledge only what you can afford — emotionally, financially, socially.

Physical prizes inside private rounds are provided and delivered by round organizers off-platform, on their own responsibility. tiptilldone is not party to any prize-distribution contract.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 24/7 uptime. Maintenance windows are announced. Liability for damages caused by slight negligence is limited to typical, foreseeable contractual damages, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Liability for intent, gross negligence, and personal injury is not limited.

You may delete your account at any time without notice. We may suspend or delete accounts for serious breaches after prior warning. Payments are pro-rata refunded unless the suspension was caused by your conduct.

Founder Lifetime status: The Founder Lifetime status applies for the duration that tiptilldone.com operates. If we permanently shut down the service, we offer a pro-rata refund based on actual usage time (linear over 10 years from purchase). Transfer of Founder status to other persons is not permitted.

Material changes are announced to active users by email at least 30 days in advance. If you do not object within 30 days, the changes are deemed accepted. Objection entitles you to terminate without notice.

The law of the US state in which Weirdo.Rocks LLC is registered (state: Florida) applies, excluding CISG and conflict-of-law referrals. EU consumers retain the mandatory protections of their home country; their jurisdiction follows the Brussels Ia Regulation. For businesses, the court at the LLC's seat is the exclusive forum.

The EU ODR platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in consumer arbitration; we always seek direct resolution by email first.
