Campaign terms

The organiser is Weirdo.Rocks LLC. For sponsored campaigns, the sponsor named in the campaign text also acts as co-organiser. The applicable organiser details are specified in the campaign text on tiptilldone.com.

The campaign runs from {DATE_FROM} to {DATE_TO}(23:59 CET/CEST). Tips submitted after a match's deadline will not count.

Participation is open worldwide. Prize eligibility is limited to adults resident in the campaign territory. The campaign territory is specified in the campaign text (typically Austria, Germany, or Slovenia). Participants outside the campaign territory may play and appear on leaderboards, but are not eligible for physical prizes.

Open to natural persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and hold a valid tiptilldone.com account.

Excluded: employees of Weirdo.Rocks LLC and the respective sponsor, and their first-degree relatives; persons using fake identities or multiple accounts; persons previously suspended for manipulation.

Participate by submitting tips in the prediction game and/or answering bonus questions on tiptilldone.com during the campaign period. Points are calculated according to the transparent scoring rules on the platform.

Each account may submit one tip per match. Tips may be changed until the match kicks off.

{PRIZE_DESCRIPTION}

Physical prize. Not redeemable for cash. Not transferable. No exchange. The prize is provided by the respective sponsor and delivered or handed over directly. The organiser accepts no liability for the condition of the prize provided by the sponsor.

Winners are notified within 14 days of the campaign end by email to the address on file. The notified person has 7 days to claim the prize by replying to the notification email and providing a valid delivery address.

Where multiple participants share the same rank relevant to a prize, the winner is determined by random draw. No legal recourse exists for prize claims.

If the notified person does not respond within 7 days, the claim lapses and the prize is awarded to the next eligible person by random draw.

The organiser's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This limitation does not apply to injury to life, body, or health.

Personal data collected for the campaign (name, email, delivery address of winners) is processed solely to run the campaign and deliver the prize (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data of non-winners is deleted 4 weeks after campaign end. Winners' data is retained for 10 years for commercial and tax law purposes. Details: Privacy policy.

Governing law follows the participant's residence in the campaign territory: Austrian law for Austria-resident participants; German law for Germany; Slovenian law for Slovenia. For persons outside these territories, the law of the state of Florida (USA) applies.

No legal recourse exists. All organiser decisions in connection with this campaign are final.
