Monterrey is Mexico's third-largest city — 5.3 million in the metro, embedded between Sierra Madre mountains. Economic capital (Cemex, FEMSA), climate almost like Texas (hot, dry). Estadio BBVA sits in Guadalupe, 25 minutes from downtown.
